The West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing, Inc. The Human Resource Staff Coordinator is an individual contributor who will report to the Director of Human Resources.  This role will be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling of Multi-Site Support (MSS) temporary on-call staff.  In addition, the person will provide back-up assistance to the Director of Congregate Care as it pertains to COVID-19 Testing of Adult Care Facility Staff.

Specific Responsibilities Include: 

  • Supervise the management of the Multi-Site Support;
  • Managing and communicating the scheduling of MSS staff;
  • Managing the hiring pipeline need as it pertains to Agency needs;
  • Communicate and create relationships with building managers to assess their need for coverage;
  • Anticipate scheduling needs when possible;
  • Communicate regularly and build relationships with MSS staff;
  • Input codes into payroll system to ensure appropriate buildings are charged for staff coverage;
  • Schedule staff COVID-19 diagnostic testing
  • Maintain tracking data and forms for COVID-19 testing;
  • Liaise with payroll and eligible staff to confirm application of testing hours;
  • Responsible for notifying building manager(s) and following protocols when positive cases are confirmed;
  • Liaise with testing facility; and
  • Perform special projects and/or other tasks as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative related work experience;
  • Strong attention to detail as well as demonstrated organization & time management skills;
  • Strong collaboration skills;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Strong Microsoft Office application skills including intermediate to advanced level Excel skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously in a team environment;
  • Ability to safeguard confidential and proprietary information within  the framework of WSFSSH policies and all federal, state, and local laws and all allocating agency requirements;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently; and
  • Must work on-site.
